R v Al-Abden – Drug Offence Case Study

In 2019, we represented a client on appeal to the District Court, testing the veracity of the Drug Analysis procedure used by the police when assessing our client. We were able to successfully prove that the testing procedure was flawed, and our client was exonerated and awarded legal costs.
