We recently acted for a client who was charged with Dishonestly causing a loss to the Commonwealth, a conspiracy to dishonestly cause a loss to the Commonwealth and making false or misleading statements. After comprehensive negotiations with the prosecution, the proceedings resulted in a discharge without conviction and a one-year good behaviour bond.
