Our client was charged with two counts of domestic violence related assault and one count of common assault. After considering the client’s strong subjective case, our extensive preparation as well as his guilty plea, the Magistrate sentenced our client to a section 10 equivalent. As a result of the sentence, our client was able to maintain his clean record and was able to continue in his place of employment.
